Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Analysis & Solution Design:
    • Conduct thorough business analysis to understand client requirements and workflows.
    • Translate business needs into functional specifications and Odoo configurations.
    • Design and propose optimal Odoo solutions to address client challenges.
  • Odoo Implementation & Configuration:
    • Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements.
    • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth system implementation.
    • Provide functional support and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
  • Client Communication & Training:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
    • Conduct training sessions for end-users on Odoo functionalities.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation.
  • Project Management & Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
    • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to client expectations.
    • Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates.
  • Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features and best practices.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within client organizations.
    • Share knowledge and expertise with team members.
